Can I edit/reset a student's password?

If a student has not logged in before

If a student has not logged in before, then you can set a password for them.

To do this, go to your Teacher Dashboard, select the student by clicking on their name, then click  'Edit details'. This will take you to their account page. Click 'Security', and there you will be given the option to change their password.

If a student has logged in before

If a student has already logged in, you will not be able to change their password. They will be able to change it themselves by visiting the Reset Password page.

Alternatively, you can contact us and we can reset their password for you.
