As part of our Privacy Policy teachers need to request verification before being granted access to student management features on Grok.

We endeavour to process verification requests within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), but at times this can take longer.

To expedite your verification request, please ask your school admin , school principal, or another teacher at the school who is already verified on Grok to send us an email confirming your name, email address, and that you should be granted verification for your school: support@groklearning.com
