I'm not receiving emails from Grok

If you or your students are not receiving emails from Grok, it is possible that these are being blocked. Speak to your IT department about getting our email addresses whitelisted. 

The main emails we use are:

  • info@groklearning.com
  • notifications@groklearning.com
  • payment@groklearning.com
  • support@groklearning.com

If you're being permissive, you could whitelist anything from the Grok domain:

  • *@groklearning.com
