Why doesn't my student have access?

If you have purchased whole school access but your students are not able to access Grok content, this is most likely one of two reasons:

a ) Your students accounts have not been registered with the school on Grok. You can fix this by doing a bulk registration of all the student accounts by following the instructions here How do I register my students?.

b) The student accounts do not have grades. Students are only automatically granted access if they have a grade level on their account. The quickest way to fix this is to upload this information by registering your students again, and specifying the grade level. As soon as the students have their grade recorded they will have access.
