I can't add an institution to my account, or my institution is missing
I'm in Australia and I can't add my school to my account
Some state education departments in Australia provide institution and account details to Grok Learning automatically. This means institutions in these states cannot be manually linked to an account.
Some accounts are 'read only', if your account is read only, then you cannot change your institution information.
Some schools are 'locked' and cannot be added to accounts manually (in this situation, the school will not show up in the institution list).
In both these cases, if your information is incorrect, then you need to contact your state Department of Education to request them to update your details. In general, this should happen automatically without you doing anything, but it may take a day or two to update. So if you have just changed schools, then we recommend waiting a day or two before contact the department.

I'm not in Australia and my school is not in your database
We do have lots of schools in our database, but not all of them. Check first by going to Institutions in your account settings and typing in your school name - you never know!
If your school doesn't appear in the list, that's ok - you can request for us to add it.
